Navigating Life Through the Nine Currents (60 minutes)
The Nine Currents are a process of inquiry I developed based on my understanding and application of the Nine Principles of the Oscillation of Magic in Heka, Mū Hawaiian magic. These nine properties correspond to the seven properties of light acknowledged by science.
Contemplation of the nine currents aligns us with a spiritual technology present in light itself, a path that becomes more profound when we understand how science, by leaving out two of the properties, diminishes our power to be conscious creators.
Are you at a crossroads? Perhaps stuck in the past and not able to move forward? Do you feel blocked in your creativity or in relationships? Are you experiencing a chronic health issue or persistent pain? This session is an opportunity to understand your relationship to the magic inherent in light and apply it to your life in practical ways.
Let’s investigate what’s happening beneath the level of your consciousness awareness by applying the Nine Currents to whatever is up for you and calling out to be brought into the light where it can be witnessed and heard. Once this happens, you’ll have the opportunity to understand the lesson being offered and determine how to apply it to your life.
If you don’t have a specific issue in mind, and are curious about the process, this session could still be for you. In my experience, what’s meant to show up often shows up, when you show up for it!
Sessions are held with ceremonial intent that ripples out through your cells into past and future, and include guided somatic meditation and dialogue between you, me, your body, and who or whatever wants to show up.

Myth Medicine Journey
The Myth Medicine Journey is a 1:1, month-by-month version of my group mentorship, The Coracle. Instead of a three-month group odyssey, you get to navigate the Coracle at your own pace on an intimate solo journey with private guidance by me.
Your custom journey will be carried on two folk tales or myths per month, sent to you through audio, poem “prescriptions” to help embody the stories and move the energy they evoke (I have a knack for knowing just the right poem for the situation), unlimited email or WhatsApp audio support throughout the month so we can dialogue as the stories move through you and ripple outwards into your daily life, and two live Zoom sessions where we can be present with what the stories are asking of you, and how you can be of service to the stories. Zoom sessions will be recorded.
One month of soulful, ceremonial support consisting of two 60-minute sessions with unlimited email or WhatsApp audio support.

Hawaiian lomi lomi massage penetrates to the bones where the body’s experiences are stored. This session can liberate those stories and open up new potential pathways through integrating trauma and informing the mind the body is safe as you experience healing touch, supported by pua’ae’ehu’ehu, Hawaiian fern medicine. The experience includes hot stones, and Pōhala Hawaiian Botanicals medicinals chosen just for you that are incorporated into the massage, along with Pōhala fern oils to anoint your body with the ancient ike (wisdom) of these great teachers.
